Studioyama Oy (later in the text Studioyama) and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
What Personal Information We Collect. Studioyama collects your personal information online when you ordering/buying products from this site. We ask you to provide only limited personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number and/or email address. Studioyama never ask or collect your credit card information. When paying your orders, you will provide your credit card information direct to the payment portal provider/company (PayPal). Before making payments, you shall read and accept the payment portal company’s terms and conditions.
How We Use Personal Information That We Collect Online. Studioyama uses your personal information only to manage and deliver your orders. We will not disclose any personal information to any third party excluding our contractors (e.g. payment management and shipping) to whom we may provide such information for the limited purpose of providing services to us and who are obligated to keep the information confidential, unless (1) you have authorized us to do so; (2) we are legally required to do so, for example, in response to a subpoena, court order or other legal process and/or, (3) it is necessary to protect our property rights related to this website. We also may share aggregate, non-personal information about website usage with unaffiliated third parties. This aggregate information does not contain any personal information about our users.
How We Protect Information Online. We exercise great care to protect your personal information. However, Studioyama does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Studioyama itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PLACING ORDERS
All orders in this site are made by selecting products, transferring them to the chart (shopping basket) and placing order and doing payment by using the checkout option. When the order is made properly and accepted, you will get confirmation of the order to your email. However, if you like order larger amounts of products you should pre-order the products useing the form in the CONTACT US page.
We can deliver our products internationally to all countries. However, we reserve rights to refuse taking orders from a country and deliver there our products if 1) we doubt that our terms and conditions are not valid within the law of that country or 2) there are practical/technical difficulties to accept payments or deliver products by ordinary shipping methods and prices.
PRICES AND PAYMENT POLICY
When making your order you pay the price that is mentioned in this site at that time. The prices mentioned at the product pages are only the product prices. In addition, we charge the shipping expenses depending the shipping method and the country. The total payment will be then PRODUCT PRICE + SHIPPING EXPENSES. This total payment will be shown to you before you go to pay your order. All payments shown in product pages exclude VAT. Within the European Union (EU) area 24% VAT is added in the final billing. Please, check the amount of SHIPPING and TAX payments in the cart-page before placing your order.
All orders shall be paid in advance using in the checkout phase provided online payments system. There are two options for the payments:
- PayPal payment service. Read the terms and conditions of PayPal service here.
- Direct Bank Transfer. In this option you send the payment first to our bank account.
- Billing. Here you place your order with the form in the CONTACT US page. This option should be used always if you order larger amounts of products. This is also the best option to handle VAT-issue if you are buying products for your company (within the EU area).
We reserve all rights to change the prices of the products and delivery expenses at any time.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery. We try to deliver the products as soon as we have got the confirmation of approved payments by our payments system provider. Usually this is within one week. Depending the shipping method and destination your delivery should arrive within 2-3 week. If there are any delays, we will inform that by email.
Return. If you are not satisfied with the product you have a right to return it with 14 days from receiving it. First you had to do a return declaration and email it us to studio Yama(a)kolumbus.fi. In this declaration you had to give following information: your name, address, the date of placing your order, the product(s) ordered. Then you had to return the product(s) by shipping them to us to the address: Studioyama Oy, Viestitie 13, 00370 Helsinki, Finland.
We will return your payment within 30 days after we have got the product(s) back.
All items purchased from YogaYamaStore are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you don’t receive your orders in due time, you shall inform of that us by sending email in the same way that described above. In the case of loss delivery, you have possibility to order them again (if products are available) or we return your payment.
SITE POLICIES AND MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting YogaYamaStore, you agree that the laws of the country of FINLAND, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Studioyama or its associates. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to YogaYamaStore or to products you purchase through YogaYamaStore shall be submitted to court in FINLAND.
